Rouladen

Ingredients

Flat steak / breakfast / thinly sliced roast

Hot Dogs

Bacon

Salt and Pepper to taste

Yellow Mustard

Diced onions

 

Directions

Tenderize steaks

Season both sides with salt and pepper

Brush yellow mustard on one side of steaks

Place diced onion on mustard side

Place 1-2 pieces of bacon on each steak

Place 1/2 hot dog on bacon

Roll steak hot dog and bacon, secure with a skewer

In a pressure cooker place Rouladen  with 1/2 cup water or beef stock and 1-2 tablespoons of oil

Pressure cook for 20-30 minutes

If cooking in oven add another 30 minutes at 350 degrees until meat is tender.
