Stuffing Bread

3 cups bread flour
1 Tablespoon Quick Rising Yeast
12 ounces warm water
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup or honey
1 Teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Salt

Directions:
Mix syrup or honey with hot water.
Add yeast and stir allow to sit at least 5 minutes for yeast to activate
Mix flower salt and seasoning together
Slowly add to flour mixture and combine to form a soft, slightly moist dough ball
Spray bowl and dough ball with nonstick spray cover to allow to rise and double in size (about 1 hour)
Punch down and knead dough ball
Separate in 8-10 smaller dough balls
Place on a baking sheet and cover allow the rolls to double in size (about an hour)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bake rolls about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
